Heidi Frandsen

Heidi works as a manager in a large company. She is a Sofia Manning Coach and Master Coach specializing in Leadership, Teams and the Enneagram. In addition, Heidi has a number of educations in project management and leadership.

In addition to her leadership position (where coaching plays an important role in her leadership style), she has her own independent coaching business on the side, where she is passionate about helping people take their place in life.

Her clients are both individuals and teams, but Heidi is particularly interested in team dynamics, where she helps individual team members - employees as well as leaders - find their place in the team.

Marianne Tretow

• Mentor

Marianne is a trained Sofia Manning Coach in 2011 and -Mastercoach in 2013, and has been affiliated with Sofia's House since 2015 as a feedbacker, examiner and mentor on the programs. She has had her own coaching business since 2011 and also has a long background in family counseling, special education, stress/mindfulness and conflict management.

As a mentor, Marianne is your safe base and support. Her focus is on "transformations and life thresholds" - because it is during periods when we are challenged that we have the greatest potential to grow as individuals. Your education is a threshold, and with Marianne as your mentor, you will get razor-sharp professional sparring while learning to use your new insights to step into your light and your full power.

Marianne makes sure that everything you learn - professionally and personally - is made easy, concrete and practical for you.

Mads-Christian Brill Olsen

• Mentor

Mads-Christian works daily with strategy, entrepreneurship and change management as a partner in a consulting firm, and spends all his Fridays in his own coaching business. He has been affiliated with Sofia's House ever since his own coaching certification, i.a. as a trainer, mentor and teacher.

He primarily coaches people who want to create the life they dream of - but also many leaders who want to develop in and outside the workplace.

Mads-Christian is passionate about helping people realize their potential. He has personally experienced how powerful coaching can be in helping people realize their dreams in sports, career and life.

As a mentor, Mads-Christian takes great pride in motivating and supporting you so that you can become the coach you most want to be. Both so that you get well through the certification, but especially he would like to contribute to a deeper understanding of coaching and not least yourself, so you can go out and make the difference you dream of in your own and others' lives.

Maria Berry Sonne

• Mentor

Maria is a trained coach with Sofia Manning and is currently studying to become a Master Coach specialising in Stress and Conflict Management as well as Couples & Relationships. She has a background as a social worker in the field of at-risk children, youth and families.

Maria has her own coaching business, where she focuses on supporting people who want to take the plunge into life as self-employed or who run a business. She believes that we all have a unique contribution to make to the world.

In addition to her business, Maria has a practice where she focuses on curiosity, new perspectives and insights through conversation cards and podcasts. She also volunteers to teach a course on coping with everyday life as a relative.

As your mentor, Maria is committed to creating a safe, curious and nurturing space where you can be your authentic self. She helps you to unfold yourself as a coach - and to bring lightness and fun into the learning processes.
