ATTENDANCE

You can still get certified even if you miss a few days of the modules. However, we strongly encourage you to prioritize the course so that you do not miss out on important knowledge.

You are expected to catch up as much as possible by reading up on your own, and possibly reviewing the teaching with one of your fellow students.

If you are unable to attend the lessons due to illness or for any other reason, please contact the office immediately by phone 4050 0090 or e-mail: info@sofiamanning.dk.

In case of illness or similar, you have the option to postpone your participation and take the corresponding module in the next online version of the coach training. We charge an administration fee of DKK 500 excl. VAT for transferring modules.

Please note that the 10 mentoring sessions are all mandatory - and if you are prevented from attending due to illness, work or other reasons, it is important that you are compensated for your absence. You can do this in the following way:

If you are unable to attend one of the two sessions with your personal coach mentor (1.5 hours each), you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you do not cancel in time, we will ask you to book a new session with your mentor at your own expense.

PARTICIPATION

To get the most out of the course, we encourage all our students to attend and prioritize all classes - face-to-face as well as online.

In addition, we recommend that our students exercise as much as possible and have a minimum of five training sessions between modules.

In addition, we expect you to arrive on time, to be courteous to your fellow students, and to participate in class.

Our training programmes are a mix of theory, practical training and self-reflection, and are designed to be interactive for our participants. We encourage you to participate in the course activities, including conversations, training and dialogues with teachers and fellow students.

We expect you as a participant to:

- Make every effort to arrive on time

- Make every effort to attend all classes

- As much as possible, have your camera on during online classes

- Keep a good tone with your fellow students

- Participate actively in the lessons

- Show respect for your fellow students and teachers, including avoiding the use of mobile phones and other disruptive behavior during lessons

- Embrace diversity and inclusion and respect the values and humanity of others.
